Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Dénsca.clo (denscaclo.com), a UK business. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions? Email densca.socials@gmail.com.

1. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements in our size guides are approximate.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm it, and a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We dispatch from the UK with Royal Mail.

UK Standard: £4.99, 2–3 working days. Free on orders over £75.
UK Express: £6.99, next working day.
Europe: the cost and delivery time are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel and return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. See our refund policy for how to return items and how refunds work.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated. Spin to Win prizes are single use, only valid for the account that won them, and expire 7 days after they're won. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or to abuse promotions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Dénsca name, logo, designs, images and text, belongs to Dénsca.clo and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
